How long does window cleaning take?

How much does it cost?
Windows are quoted by count and access rather than a flat rate. Tell me roughly how many you have and whether the back of the house is two story, and I will give you a number.
Do you clean the inside too?
My work is exterior cleaning, so the quote covers outside glass. If interiors matter to you, say so and I will point you to someone who does them.
Can you remove hard water spots?
Usually, if they are not too old. Mineral that has etched into the glass over years may only lighten. Redirecting the sprinkler head is what stops it coming back.
What about second story windows?
Reachable second story glass is included. Anything that needs to be worked over a roof line or from an unsafe position, I will tell you rather than risk it.
Should I do windows with the house wash?
It is the most common pairing and it saves you a second appointment. A house wash rinses the walls, but it does not leave glass spot free on its own.
