How long does the work take?

Will the chemicals kill my plants?
No. Beds get soaked with plain water before anything else touches the wall, and they get rinsed again after. The detergent is diluted for the surface it lands on and the water carries it off before it can sit on a root. Landscaping is the first thing people ask about and the first thing we protect.
What is soft washing, and why not just use high pressure?
High pressure blasts the dirt off and leaves the spores behind, so the streaks come back in a season. Soft washing uses low pressure and a detergent that kills the algae and mildew at the root. It also keeps water from being forced behind siding, into window seals or under shingles.
Do I need to be home?
